Terms of Service

“Service” refers to the BastAC anti cheat software, cloud panel and associated APIs. “Customer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing a subscription. “Server” refers to a FiveM game server connected to the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Checkout is not taking payment yet. Monthly is £39 / month. Lifetime is £149 one time.

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate anti cheat protection on FiveM servers that you own or are authorised to administer. You must not:

• Harass or punish players without a cheating concern.
• Reverse engineer or circumvent the resource.
• Resell or redistribute the resource, including in plaintext.
• Break UK law, the Cfx.re terms, or the FiveM terms.

We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable licence to install and run the BastAC resource on licensed FiveM servers for the duration of your subscription. The resource and all intellectual property remain owned by NYRU SERVICES LIMITED.

Account and site data are described in the Privacy Policy. Player identifiers, telemetry, and evidence on a customer's server are described in the data processing summary.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates or changes with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including FiveM platform changes.

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. No anti cheat solution can guarantee detection of all cheats or prevent all exploitation. We do not warrant that the Service will be error free or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYRU SERVICES LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must remove the BastAC resource from all servers and cease using the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes via email or the panel at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. NYRU SERVICES LIMITED is registered in England and Wales, company number 15968675, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.
