1. Data controller

NYRU SERVICES LIMITED (company number 15968675, registered office at 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX) is the controller for website accounts and site data.

  • Website accounts and support mail. Controller: NYRU SERVICES LIMITED.
  • Player identifiers, telemetry, and evidence on a customer's server. Controller: The server owner. Processor: NYRU SERVICES LIMITED.

Player telemetry and evidence follow those roles. See the data processing summary.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of data:

  • Account data: email address, password hash, display name and authentication tokens.

We process your personal data under the following lawful bases:

  • Performance of a contract: processing account, server and telemetry data to provide the Service.
  • Legal obligation: retaining billing records and audit logs as required.
  • Legitimate interests: security monitoring, fraud prevention and service improvement.

4. How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Provide, maintain and secure the Service.
  • Detect, investigate and prevent cheating on connected servers.
  • Record an assigned plan. Checkout is not taking payment yet.

Client telemetry is treated as evidence, not proof, and sensitive decisions are made server side.
